Aftersales Service
- In case of any defectiveness or quality issue with a product purchase, the airline will provide a replacement service. Duty-Free product is a commodity governed by Customs Department. If there is any problem mentioned above, the passenger can request a replacement of the same product within 30 days of its purchase but no refund can be made.
- All products to be replaced should be returned together with intact outer packaging, ancillary parts, gifts offered, manual, certificate of warranty, purchase voucher, etc. We do not accept the return of defective products as a result of misuse, wrong use, accident, or alternation. We also do not undertake to provide a replacement for cigarettes, alcoholic drinks, food, cosmetics, and other products that have a direct association with human health if they have been opened or consumed. Owing to limited quantity, gifts are excluded from our aftersales service or replacement.
